01Acceptance of Terms

02Our Services

We provide mobile notary, loan-signing appointment support, I-9 verification as an Authorized Representative, field inspection, and remote online notarization services in Delaware. Notarial acts are performed only as permitted by applicable law and only when the signer, document, and identity requirements are satisfied.

03Scheduling and Fees

Fees are itemized and confirmed before an appointment is booked. The Delaware notarial fee is listed separately from travel, timing, after-hours, emergency, weekend, holiday, and wait-time charges where applicable. Remote online notarization pricing is confirmed before the session starts.

04Payments

Payment methods and timing will be explained before or at the time of booking. If electronic payments are used, they are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment-card information on our own website systems.

05Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or the chat widget. Charges for travel already incurred may apply where permitted and where disclosed in advance.

06Identification and Eligibility

Signers must present acceptable identification and must be at least 18 years old for a notary appointment request. The A2P chat widget asks for date of birth to verify the 18+ appointment requirement; this is not an age-gated marketing program.

07Remote Online Notarization

Remote sessions may be performed through an authorized third-party RON provider. You may be required to create an account, verify your identity, use a webcam, and agree to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policy. We will identify the provider before your remote session.

08No Legal Advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We cannot tell you which document to sign, interpret legal language, or guarantee the legal effect of a document. Please consult a qualified attorney for legal questions.

09User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, review your documents before signing, appear personally when required, and not use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.

10Third-Party Links

Our website and the chat widget may link to third-party websites, including HighLevel/LeadConnector platform terms and privacy pages, RON providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howard's Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where law requires otherwise.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howard's Holdings LLC, its owners, and its staff from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, inaccurate information you provide, or your violation of these Terms.

13Intellectual Property

The website design, text, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.
