Use the chat widget to request an appointment
The chat widget is the only SMS opt-in method on this website. It appears as a chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every page. Click it, fill in the short form, read the consent disclosure, and press Send.
- Open the widget. Click “Open chat widget” below, or use the chat bubble at the bottom-right.
- Enter your details. The widget asks for Name, Mobile Phone, Date of Birth, and Message. Date of birth verifies you are at least 18 before a notary appointment request.
- Read the disclosure. The consent wording appears immediately above the Send button.
- Press Send. We will follow up about your notary request, appointment timing, and itemized fees.
If the chat bubble does not appear, JavaScript may be blocked. Call or email us using the details on this page. Do not send SMS consent information through any other website form.

No other forms
The A2P chat widget on this website is our only SMS opt-in method. We do not use any other website form, pop-up, checkbox, keyword, or paper form to collect phone numbers or SMS consent. This keeps our website consistent with the Chat Widget opt-in method registered in the A2P Trust Center.
